Learning Outcomes:
· Explain the methodology for establishing an Operational Business Continuity Management
· System (BCMS)
· Identify the elements and best practices of a successful BCM program, specifically its policy,
· strategy, and supporting tools
· Understand the effective elements of a Business Impact Analysis (BIA) capable of meeting the
· strategic, tactical and operational requirements of an organization
· Develop a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and provide Business Continuity Exercises (BC)
· Develop the knowledge and skills necessary to implement crisis management systems, build
· a crisis management team, and deal with a range of crises, disasters and economic adversities
