  • Process Control Strategies (Feedforward​, Control, Ratio Control, Split range, Limit, Selector and Override Control).

  • Classify the process types and Process characteristics ​ 
  • Determine dead time, time constant and process gain for a process. Differentiate between PID algorithms ​ 
  • Apply different methods of control tuning.
  • Implement and design feedforward, ratio, split range, selector, limit and override control systems.

PREREQUISITES

  • Trainee must be an experienced Instrument Maintenance Technician. 
  • Trainee must have a basic knowledge of English, English Course No. 31213.
